- With a least 1-3 years of experience in preparing Architectural Design and Schematics, manual/Cad Drawings, experienced in handling coordination with other Engineering trades and Client coordination
- Knowledgeable in V-Ray, Podium, Autocad proficient and MS Office Literate
- With good interpersonal skills
- Demonstrates effective written and verbal communication skills
- Well-adjusted in a fast-paced working environment and flexible in rendering overtime work
