The Avida Tower 34th Street development is composed of two (2) towers 36-storey high, having the Ground Level dedicated for retail area, common Podium from 2^nd – 5^th Floor as Parking Levels, 6^th Floor as the Amenity Level, 7^th – 36^th as residential floors, and Roof Deck for utilities. The project has an estimated floor area of 104, 638.74 m² from Ground Floor up to Roof Deck, and will be constructed along 34^th Street, BGC.
