This project will be one of the major Distribution Centers (DC) for Kareila Management Corporation, housing both Dry and Cold Storage.

The Existing property spans 198,770.21 sqm. The development will be in three (3) Phases. Phase 1 and 2 will cover a total  area of 101,744.89sq.meter. While Phase 3, will cover existing 97,025.32 sqm

Phase 3 is a GREEN field development that there is no existing structures within the area. Phase 3 will cater for the following:

a. Cold Storage Warehouse

b. Support Facilities/Utilities
