The development was designed to function as an independent building with its own dedicated mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems, while the hotel tower is structurally separated from the remaining development to ensure operational independence and structural integrity.

The project comprises approximately 220,245 square meters of interior and exterior floor area and features a luxury hotel with approximately 461 guest rooms, complemented by a wide range of world-class amenities, including food and beverage outlets, flagship retail spaces, gaming facilities, a wellness club, MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions) facilities, cinemas, a nightclub, KTV venues, and parking facilities.

Meinhardt provided Civil and Structural Engineering Design Services for the Westside City Casino Resort, specifically for the Casino-Hotel development led by Sun, located within PAGCOR’s Entertainment City in Manila, Philippines.
