Meinhardt Global Management Conference 2026: Shaping the Next Chapter of One Meinhardt

Quarterly Storylines explores the ideas behind Meinhardt’s next phase of global integration, from MPI’s President and Managing Director Engr. Ferdinand V. Naniong’s vision for “One Meinhardt, Next Meinhardt” to the five perspectives of our department heads

What does the next chapter of Meinhardt look like?

The latest issue of Quarterly Storylines takes readers inside the Meinhardt Global Management Conference 2026, held in Singapore last September 2026, where leaders from across the Group came together to discuss the opportunities, priorities, and direction shaping its next phase.

At the heart of the issue is the presentation of MPI President & Managing Director Engr. Ferdinand V. Naniong, who introduced his vision for “One Meinhardt, Next Meinhardt.” His presentation looks beyond strong regional operations toward a more integrated global enterprise, where expertise, talent, technology, opportunities, and client relationships can be shared more effectively across the Group.

Complementing the broader Group perspective are GMC 2026 takeaways from five MPI department heads, who reflect on what the conference discussions could mean for their respective fields, including infrastructure, data centers, EPCM, façade engineering, BIM, and artificial intelligence.

Together, these perspectives offer a closer look at the ideas, conversations, and possibilities and what they could mean for Meinhardt’s next chapter.
