Meinhardt Philippines Inc. (MPI) is one of the largest independent multi-disciplinary engineering firms in Manila that provides seamless delivery of all Engineering Services, including Lead Consultancy, Civil, Structural, Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Plumbing, Fire Protection, Architectural, Façade, Project Management, Vertical Transportation System, and Building Information Modeling.

We take pride of the technical knowledge and direct relevant experience on local and international standards.

We have established presence in the Philippines since 1996, with majority of principals working together for the last 20 years. We serve as a key regional hub but operates independently.

We are part of the Meinhardt Group and have its support and backup and we continue to draw on the extensive expertise of our Regional Offices.

We have a comprehensive library of licensed engineering software and one of the few companies with Professional Indemnity Insurance.

We are certified with Integrated Management System (IMS), as well as for Quality Management System (ISO 9001:2015), Environmental Management System (ISO 14001:2015); and Occupational Health and Safety (ISO 45001:2018).

MPI Brand Story

The brand story narrates how Meinhardt Philippines came to be and where we are going.

Dr. Shahzad Nasim and Laurie Smith, acting then as directors of Meinhardt Group, offered Engr. Ferdinand V. Naniong to set up the Philippine office, later he would become MPI’s President and Managing Director.

Meinhardt Philippines started with just two tables in early 1996, a time when Asian countries are enduring a financial crisis. President Naniong said it was both exciting and challenging times.

MPI became a master civil coordinator for the Bonifacio Global City (BGC) masterplan in 1997. President Naniong recalled, “Back then, BGC was just an open field – a vision on paper.  Seeing it now as a vibrant, modern district, and knowing that Meinhardt Philippines helped lay its foundations, is something I’ll always treasure.”

Three decades later, BGC is now known as one of the most iconic and thriving urban developments and business center in the Philippines. President Naniong shared, “Beyond the masterplan, Meinhardt Philippines has continued to engineer, in part or in full, many of the landmark buildings that now define its skyline.”

The humble beginnings of MPI were deeply rooted in perseverance, adaptability, and teamwork. President Naniong added, “We were a small group with a big dream and we believed we were building more than projects; we were building a legacy.”
