Alfredo is the Vice President of Meinhardt Philippines, Inc., His wide variety of skills and knowledge was derived during 32 years of Electrical Engineering Design experience gained both in local government and private sector and 4 years of design experience in Jakarta, Indonesia.

He has successfully completed design and construction of numerous projects for governmental, healthcare, educational, institutional, commercial and residential facilities.
