Erwin is one of the Dept Heads of Meinhardt Philippines, Inc., experience in conceptualization of civil works design and oversee the completion of detailed engineering plans of the given projects.

Prepares preliminary and final engineering planning and design studies, construction budget of developmental projects assigned, working drawings for construction purposes and specifications for all items of work.  Conduct site inspections and visits to ascertain physical feature of the project sites preparatory to detailed design. Monitor development of assigned projects. Coordinate with various department personnel, as well as consulting architects and engineers on design inputs.  Evaluated and formulates recommendations on problems that may arise during construction.
