Erwin is one of the Dept Heads of Meinhardt Philippines, Inc., experience in technical and professional duties, including advice to clients’ onsite inspections, technical site surveys, standardization designs, site detail designs, etc. In-charge with the technical and professional duties in accordance with client briefs, condition of engagement, specification of professional tender and standards of appropriate Institutions, either as an individual or as a part of the project team.

Produces schemes from client briefs on GSM and 3G projects and obtain client approvals. Conducts the detailed engineering design to industry standards and/or by applying innovative concepts to improve the cost or performance outcomes of the project. Undertakes appropriate site inspections, research and technical appraisals in connection with projects. Prepares required reports on works for which have been assigned. Provides technical support from initial customer contact through conceptual drawing, technical descriptions, customer meetings, project planning and contract negotiation. Ensure compliance with appropriate legislation, contract terms, standing orders and financial regulations and codes of practice/professional standards.
