Fernando is one of the Dept Heads of Meinhardt Philippines, Inc. with over 30 years of experience in planning, design, production and quality assessment for office buildings, residential, commercial, industrial and transportation projects. He spent most of his working years in Meinhardt Singapore.

As QAQC head, he is in charge of the ISO certification for company. He conducts training on the quality policies on management, health and environment issues. He monitors the design and performance standard in coordination with the Department heads.
