Fernan is one of the Technical Directors of Meinhardt Philippines, Inc., with over 23 years of experience in the field of Civil/Structural Engineering.  He refines his skills and knowledge with the experience gained both in local and overseas projects.

The projects he handled includes high-rise office buildings, hotels, residential, commercial, airports, industrial buildings, power plant, water retaining structures and wastewater treatment facilities.  He is responsible for the conceptualization of structural system, overall supervision and coordination with the other design consultants and to the clients, and preparation of plans.
