BDO Tower total office Gross Floor Area (GFA) is 70,258 square meters (from 6^th floor upwards), with its parking facilities being the existing Basement 1 to 6. Based on ARQ’s initial design concepts, the new tower will have 42 office floors on top of the existing mall. This BDO Tower will be the 1^st Phase of a 3-Phase development in the site with Phase 2 and 3 to be residential towers and the mall expansion. However, the scope included in this proposal would just be Phase 1 which is purely the BDO Tower.
