The Clark International Airport New Passenger Terminal Building was developed to expand aviation capacity beyond Metro Manila and strengthen Central Luzon’s role as a major air transport gateway. As a flagship airport modernization initiative, the development supports growing passenger demand while advancing the Philippine government’s vision for a more connected and regionally balanced aviation network. 

Project Context: 

Serving as the centerpiece of Clark’s aviation expansion, the terminal reinforces national connectivity, stimulates tourism, trade, investment, and employment, and supports the long-term growth of the Clark Aviation Capital. The project also demonstrates how public and private sector collaboration can accelerate the delivery of nationally significant infrastructure.

• Approximately 110,000-square-meter gross floor area  
• Four-storey international passenger terminal  
• Expanded annual airport capacity from 4.2 million to approximately 12.2 million passengers  
• Designed to accommodate 8 million additional passengers annually
