The East Block project is intended to be an interim use facility. The project will link Bonifacio High Street with the West Super block and Science Museum. 

The east super block is a 3.5 hectare master planned development that will house future corporate HQ.

East super block building will have a maximum gross floor area of about 25000 sqm and gross leasable area of 20,000 based on targeted building efficiency of about 80%. These office space will be spread over two or three floors on top of the retail establishment.

The retail component below the offices will have a GFA of about 15,000 sqm & GLA of 10,000 sqm.
