The Convergence Hall block has a cafeteria, fitness area, function rooms, retail and concessionaire areas, clinic and administration office while the IT school block has classrooms, computer laboratories, administration and executive offices, student lounge, faculty room and library. The total gross floor area of the two blocks is 8,109 square meters. The engineering systems have been designed to accommodate another floor for future expansion.

Filinvest Convergence Hall & I.T. School is a two (2) blocks of 3 – storey buildings with a common basement and some outdoor sports facilities.

Meinhardt has provided civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire protection engineering services.
