HSBC HDPP Building at UP
Meinhardt has provided Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Protection Engineering Services for these (2) new buildings, one 2-storey and one 4-storey with both buildings linked at level 2.
The total building area is approximately 18,290 m² gross plus remote utility building to house the M&E equipment. It is located at the University of the Philippines (UP) North S&T Park, Diliman, Quezon City.
Fit-out works was carried out in multiple floor increments. HSBC intented to complete the project in two (2) phases, with the first phase completed on July 2007, while the 2nd phase was on November 2007.
