Knowles Electronics Phils. Corp.(KEPC) requests proposals from experienced project management firms with the ability to assist KEP in the oversight of the facility expansion construction project at Cebu Light Industrial Park, Lapu-Lapu, Cebu City.

The planned expansion will be for a 15,154 sqm, 2-storey industrial facility and two small ancillary structures at the vacant lot (Lot 6, Block 5). KEPC will build 100% of the building shell and fit-out at 65.7% of the built shell space. KEPC plan on using a design-build approach. KEPC had already completed a full set of conceptual architectural and engineering drawings, a schedule and a budget.
