The Medical City Iloilo Renovation and Expansion Project will include the construction of a new four (4) storey building with a projected Gross Floor Area of 5, 308.60 m² and the renovation (2, 216.50 m²) of the existing Operating Rooms (OR), Intensive Care Units (ICU) and Patient Rooms in the old building. The project will also include Site Development Parking and Garden Spaces within the TMC Iloilo grounds.
