The Nestle Malt Extract Plant site has a total area of 350,753 m² and is aligned in an east-northeast by west-southwest orientation.

The eastern side of the site is bounded by the Bagong Pook road. The site has another access road on the southern side leading to Lipa-Cuenca road.
