Designed for Tomorrow’s Workplace

Project Overview:

Developed as the flagship office tower of The Net Group’s Net Metropolis, Net Park (now Seven/NEO) introduced a new generation of premium workplaces within Bonifacio Global City (BGC), Taguig City. The development combined high-quality office environments with environmental performance, responding to the growing demand for internationally competitive commercial space.

Project Context:

As one of BGC’s landmark green office developments, Net Park contributed to the district’s evolution as a sustainable and globally competitive business destination. The project also helped advance higher environmental standards for commercial buildings by supporting the early adoption of the Philippine Green Building Council’s BERDE (Building for Ecologically Responsive Design Excellence) certification program.

Project Scale:

• 38-storey Grade A office tower
• Approximately 162 meters in height
• Completed in 2016
• Part of the Net Metropolis mixed-use development in BGC

Project Features:

• Flagship sustainable office development
• BERDE benchmark project
• Premium workplace environment

Project Takeaway:

Tomorrow’s workplaces demand more than premium office space. They require structures, building systems, and façades capable of supporting business performance over time. Net Park demonstrates how Meinhardt Philippines contributes to commercial developments where technical disciplines converge to create workplaces built for growth, resilience, and long-term value. It also strengthens developer ambition and elevates the quality of the built environment.
