The NCC facilities will promote a favorable corporate image for BSP. Excluded from the project is the 10 hectare land area classified as the Restricted Zone.

The project covers the development of a 213.171 square meter land area for the construction of new BSP Offices building, the BSP Data Centers, Command Centers, Museum, Academic buildings, Sports Complex, Commercial Stalls and Auxiliary Buildings. The facilities shall be categorized into either Semi or Non-Restricted Zones. The project shall include a water feature and number of greeneries to provide a comfortable, relaxing, and healthy community atmosphere for the employees, visitors, and other end-users. Such an environment may contribute in boosting work capacity and morale.
