Ospital ng Makati will be located on 7,600 m² lot along Malugay and Metropolitan Streets in Makati City.  The proposed tertiary hospital building will be 11-stories high within a 350-patient bed capacity.  There will be 2 basement floors for parking. Other facilities in the hospital are MRI, CT Scan, Critical Care Units, Centers. Estimated total floor area is approximately 50,000 square meters.
