The Estate Makati raises the benchmark for luxury residential living in the Philippines through globally recognized design principles shaped for long-term livability. As Foster + Partners’ first residential commission in the country, the development introduces a fresh architectural perspective while strengthening Makati City’s position as the nation’s premier residential and business district. 

Project Scale:  

• Approximately 50 to 53 storeys  
• 188 residential units  
• Located on the last available residential site along Apartment Ridge on Ayala Avenue, Makati City 
• Developed through a joint venture between SM Development Corporation and Federal Land, Inc. 

Project Features:  

• Foster + Partners’ first residential project in the Philippines  
• Distinctive cruciform tower configuration, giving every residence a corner position  
• Double-slab structural technology supporting flexible interior planning while concealing building services
