UNTV Broadcast Center or UBC is a Fifteen (15) – Storey Broadcast Center Building to be located in less than 1,500 square meter property at corner of EDSA and East Lawin, Brgy. Phil-am, Quezon City. It has an approximate construction floor area CFA of about 18,000 – 22,000 square meters which will include three (3) basement parking levels. It will contain all the facilities and spaces for the complete broadcasting and communication service of the company.
