The development broadened the district’s mixed-use offering by combining hospitality, residential living, dining, wellness, and event spaces in a single destination.

By bringing globally recognized hotel brands to Makati’s commercial core, the development strengthened the city’s appeal to business and leisure travelers while reinforcing its standing as one of Southeast Asia’s leading financial and lifestyle destinations.

• Approximately 7,000-square-meter site within Ayala Center, Makati  
• 30-storey mixed-use development  
• 280 guestrooms and suites at Fairmont Makati, and 32 suites at Raffles Makati  
• Includes Raffles Residences Makati, approximately 1,700 square meters of meeting and event facilities, and eight restaurants, bars, and dining venues
