Project Xavier is an 11,590sqm property located in Arca South, Taguig, the former FTI (Food Terminal Inc.) complex, just minutes away from NAIA.

The site can be accessed through the SLEX and Skyway stretching from Makati all the way through Alabang; and the Magsaysay road coming from New Lower Bicutan.

The lot is planned to be a mixed-use development consisting of office buildings (HQ) with retail.
